Gary Collins is the best selling author of a series of books centered on teaching principles of “simple” living. Gary offers his insights on nutrition, financial and lifestyle factors that lead to complicated, unhappy, stress filled lives.

He shares his journey growing up in the backwoods of California, and key lessons learned through his service in the military and various government departments. Our interview explores how Gary’s upbringing and work experiences his path developing his simple living paradigm.
