Most importantly, Dr. Curtis makes the link all WFO Podcasters need to understand. In order to achieve life goals and accomplish any mission, one must have energy. Physical activity, stamina, strength and general health are required to have enough energy in life.

Ignore health and vitality, and as the years go by, we spend more and more time chasing health problems than our life purpose.
