It’s no secret that 2020 has been a challenging year, but we should expect this. Has it been more challenging than the 1770’s? Or for that matter, the 1870’s, the 1970’s, the Great Depression, World War 2, the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic, etc, etc. In the recorded history of human existence, war, disease, poverty, natural disasters, and various other misfortunes are more likely than not to occur in any given year.
